In the past couple of months, iCOMBAT has been touring the country putting on awesome laser combat events that each draw hundreds of participants. While iCOMBAT is in the process of permanently being set up in various cities, it still has a schedule of visits throughout the nation in 2012. If you missed any of these, keep your eyes peeled on www.iCOMBAT.com for events and location info. Most of the events are open to the public!
October 2011: West Point, VA - One of the very first iCOMBAT events took place at West Point military academy. The iCOMBAT field was set up for the weekend and drew in hundreds of paintballers, cadets, airsoft players, commanders, and federal officials. They were not only able to see and learn about the irTactical system, but also train and play in the iCOMBAT arena.

November 2011: Santa Barbara, CA - The next iCOMBAT event was split into two: one day for police and SWAT training, and another involving cadets and paintball professionals. This second day had everyone duking it out on the field. Pro-paintballers Pete Utschig, Matty Marshall, Jon Richardson, Yosh Rau, and Glen Takemoto were on hand accepting any challengers.
January 2012: New Jersey/Chicago, IL - You can also find iCOMBAT at the Outdoorsman Sporting Shows taking place around the country. The first was in New Jersey and was quickly followed by the second in Chicago. In New Jersey the iCOMBAT arena was set up outdoors in frigid temperatures, but still drew hundreds of players over the weekend. The iCOMBAT arena in Chicago was indoors and drew even more players. It was the most popular attraction at the show by far and everyone left with a taste for the future of gaming.
